Research covers elemental development of pedagogy students socialpsychologic competencies during one semester, using R. F. Bales observation categories system. During research we detected, that students socialpsychologic competency is low. Essential positive changes of socialpsychologic competencies during semestr took place in formulating and solving of orientation problems.
