Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on modern treatments for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) which provide better adverse effect profile and prevent disease outbreak and damage build up. It notes that corticosteroids act as first-line agents while improvement for long-term survival and protect organ damage irreversible and bone mass loss pertaining to the drug hydroxychloroquine. It mentions that the effectiveness of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents (NSAIDs) is comparatively contraindicated for SLE.
