| Abstrakt: |
The article presents the findings of a study on the views of adult women on probation in Chile regarding the quality of gender-focused workshops on communication in which they participated. The study found that the workshop facilitators, the way in which the workshops were conducted, and supporting materials were the factors which most affected participant satisfaction, according to the article. Lesser factors included the condition of the facilities, the content of the workshops, and the workshop schedule, the article notes. |
