The article presents information on the study conducted to find a clue of a colonial immigrant William Hodges' origin. One avenue of research was to find the places where that particular surname existed in England. As stated, the DNA study between an American Family and one with a similar surname in England provided a clue to the immigrant's patrilineal derivation. |
