| Abstrakt: |
The article examines the Annan Plan, which aims to settle the dispute in Cyprus involving Greek and Turkish Cypriots, in relation to the Prisoner's Dilemma Game. It cites the failure of the 1960 constitution to resolve the conflict between the two groups but exacerbated it further because of it artificial structure. It notes that the dilemma is advantageous only to the Greek Cypriots. The missing necessary aspects to resolve the conflict include effective communication and mutual trust. |
