The article announces the culmination of the 2009 Philadelphia Wooden Boat Festival (WBF) sponsored by the Independence Seaport Museum where the Traditional Small Craft Association (TSCA) held its annual meeting in Pennsylvania. The festival is a nascent affair with a beautiful hosting facility and is ideally located in the mid-Atlantic region with lots of classic wooden boats. The boats present were the Elf and Silent Maid, Gwylan and many other small traditional and not-quite-traditional crafts. |
