Abstrakt: | The article explores several antiplatelet drugs used for preventing recurrent ischemic stroke. Antiplatelet treatment is still considered a standard remedy for reducing the incidence of recurrent ischemic stroke. Among the antiplatelet drugs used for the prevention of recurrent ischemic stroke include aspirin, clopidogrel and dipyridamole. The author emphasizes the importance of preventing secondary stroke to the management of patients with ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA). |
