The article reports on the inauguration of the Illinois Power Agency (IPA) as the initiative in power conservation and cost spending in Illinois. IPA takes advantage of cheaper wholesale prices of energy sources for the energy providers throughout the state which is essential in reducing the bills of the consumers. However, there are still uncertainties on its reliability to assure sustainable cost control situation. |
