| Abstrakt: | The article profiles Gloria Bernadette Flickinger, one known bluegrass musician in the U.S. Popularly known as Gloria Belle, she was born in 1939 and raised in Hanover, Pennsylvania. She started singing at the age of three, and later she was also taught of playing mandolin, guitar and Scruggs-style banjo. As of the year 2009, she is one band member of Jimmy Martin's Suny Mountain Boys, in which she is the bass, guitar and mandolin player. |
