The article focuses on the importance of bench-pressing workout for boosting muscular strength. The barbell bench press tests the natural strength and overdoing it at the expense of hitting other bodyparts affects the chest and those parts badly. The bench press requires two pairs of heavy dumbbells or powerblocks and an exercise ball. It discusses the workout routine comprising the exercises including exercise-ball incline flye, exercise-ball incline dumbbell press and exercise-ball push-up. |
