The article presents a paper which looked at the transverse stability of a cargo ship on regular longitudinal waves. In the said study, the researchers observed the occurrence of induced roll motions during the seakeeping model tests on longitudinal waves. For them to calculate the main parts of the restoring moment I.c. Froudc-Krylov, diffraction and radiation components, the researchers implemented a computer code. |
