The article offers tips on proper nutrition. One should have reasonable expectations for an optimal diet to be successful. People are advised to maximize their intake of the 26 essential nutrients from various natural and minimally processed foods, and to minimize their consumption of foods that are heavily processed or contain excessive amounts of calories, sugar, fats and salt. |
