| Abstrakt: |
The article examines the impact of evidence-based practice and specialty certification on the development and dissemination of dermatologic nursing knowledge. It states that evidence-based nursing practice is very important for nursing professionals in order to meet the demands of healthcare trends, client needs and patient expectations of care and treatment. On the other hand, specialty nursing certification offers an added credential beyond licensure and provides an assurance that a registered nurse has acquired a core body of specialized knowledge. |
