| Abstrakt: |
An interview with U.S. Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Gary Roughead is presented. Roughead believes that the money spent for ship maintenance are not likely optimized by backing down from an engineered process for long-life surface ship maintenance. He adds that he is not in favor of shutting down submarine operations due to submarine accidents. Roughead stresses the need for a rule of law in Somalia to be able to apprehend and prosecute pirates. |
