Abstrakt: The article discusses a court case concerning former U.S. Vice President Aaron Burr. The former vice president was charged with treason under Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution in the U.S. Cyrus Griffin and John Marshal served as judges. Burr was found not guilty and was acquitted. It is noted that his political career was ruined because of the case.
