| Abstrakt: | The article discusses and features navigational instruments from the Turkish Naval Museum in Istanbul, Turkey. One of these navigational instruments is the Portulan maps, which are very beautifully drawn and collectable and based on directions measured by compass. Other instruments for navigation include Marine Chronometer of the late 19th century, Patent log, and compass. |
