Study Design in Medical Research.

Abstrakt: The article presents suggestions for conducting research in the field of medicine. The question to be answered is stated to be of decisive importance for study planning and hence, a research worker is suggested to be clear about the objectives. A researcher is suggested to use statistical test procedures to generalize the results from the sample for the whole population and categorize the kind of research. Research on primary data means performing the actual scientific studies, whereas research on secondary results involve the analysis of studies which have been already conducted. Researchers are also suggested to validate measuring instruments for measuring blood pressure, quality of life, depression or satisfaction on the basis of quality.
