Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study that evaluates the efficacy of two agency-based training programs and identified strengths that focus on trainees' perception. It found that participants valued collegial contact, developing cross-program relationships and the opportunity to discuss their work most highly. It also reveals that training programs helped them feel more valued by the agency, boosted their morale and made greater impact on their retention at the agency. It suggests that both programs were helpful and contributed to participants' professional development and performance in their practice. |
