| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the use of photography as an adjunct in the documentation of pressure ulcer. It mentions that photography can provide wound care team an accuracy and thorough information in the assessment, treatment and prevention of pressure ulcer . It can also alleviate inconsistencies in the documentation which may delay in proper treatment of the ulcer. |
