| Abstrakt: | The article profiles several restaurants founded by Italian Americans in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Yarusso-Brothers Italian Restaurant, was founded by Francesco Yarusso and, was initially called, Square Deal Café. However, as reported, in the year 1947, Francesco's sons changed the name. Mancini's Char House and Lounge, a restaurant, was founded by Nick Mancini in the year 1948. Mancini's current co-owner, Pat Mancini says that, the restaurant in the beginning was a little beer tavern. |
