Abstrakt:	The article presents a final report issued by the Internal Revenue Service on a nonprofit hospital study which shows how executives of the tax-exempt hospitals are being paid in the U.S. The report also contains a variety of ways in which tax-exempt hospitals are attempting to fulfill their obligation. In addition, the report details uncompensated care expenditures, medical education expenditures, and research efforts cited as community benefits.
