Abstrakt:	This article discusses a case filed by the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board (NWMB) against the Canadian Ministry of Fisheries and Oceans (CMFO), Barry Group Inc., Seafreez Foods Inc., Clearwater Seafood Ltd. Partnership, and the Labrador Fisherman's Union Shrimp Co. The NWMB asked for judicial review of the reallocation of Nunavut ground fish fisheries by the CMFO. This application was allowed insofar as the regulation change violated the Canadian Nunavut Claims Act
