Abstrakt: The article presents a study which examines the Ca2+ influx through voltage operated a1H. Result of the study shows indicates a strong genetic evidence that Ca 3.2 plays an important role in calcineurin induction and nuclear factor of activated T cells (NFAT) hypertropic signaling and also in the activation of pathological cardiac hypertrophy.
