The article provides information on the exercise routine of "Criminal Minds" actor Shemar Moore. He accordingly takes about 70-mile round-trip ride along the coast of West Los Angeles, California to Palos Verdes Peninsula on Sundays. Extracted from this fact, Moore is believed to be in no doubt having an ultra endurance as he had once proved such notion back when he is a standout baseball player at Santa Clara University (SCU). |
