Abstrakt: The article offers information on a sports injury called adductor muscle tears. According to the author, adductor longus is one of five adductor muscles in the groin, stretching between the pelvis and the inside of the femur. People with the injury usually feel pain in the groin, at the top of the adductor muscle, which can radiate down the leg, there can also be swelling and bruising in the area, the author said. The author mentions the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that caused the injury.
