Abstrakt: The article discusses a court case which justified the use of safety interviews in terrorism cases. It says the defendants were involved in extremist politics and underwent training for jihad as well as supported suicide bombings. The grounds of the appeal are also tackled. It is noted that all of the applicants either lied or failed to disclose what they knew during such interviews.
