Abstrakt: |
The article provides information on a method for implementation of large translation buffer by reducing the overhead of long branches in relation to the field of dynamic object code translation. The Explicit Parallel Instruction Computing (EPIC) Very Long Instruction Word (VLIW) architecture is the target system processor of the method. Also offered are descriptions of mechanisms to support large code cache buffer in dynamic translation/optimization frameworks including the Long Branch approach. |
