| Abstrakt: | The article reports on the works of German sound artist Florian Hecker. His composition "Pentaphonic Dark Energy," was used in an exhibit in London where the intensity of the listening experience is heightened by the strangeness of the room in which it is presented. The author notes that Hecker's focus on sound art is driven by his fascination with psychoaccoustics, which is the study of the process of perception of sound. |
