The article discusses the importance of increasing and enhancing the supply of talents in the petroleum industry and trade in the U.S. It states that energy supply and demand is one of the challenging issues and to address the challenge, young, educated, highly talented and motivated engineers and scientists are needed. It further states that a factor that attracts such people is the income-earning potential. |
