| Abstrakt: | The article presents an interview with family group conferencing coordinators Kevin Ward and Inshirah Hassabu regarding their work with children and families. The two coordinators believe that family group decision making is powerful and highly effective way to work with children and families in the child welfare system. They explain the definitions of culture to different people as well as the concept of cultural competence. They also state the areas that coordinators must address to be culturally aware. |
