| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the creation and evolution of the space law. It states that the Law of Outer Space emerged at a time when technology was undergoing revolutionary changes which shaped space law's evolution into something discrete and focused. A stipulation in the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 as negotiated under the United Nations(UN) states that sovereignty in outer space is prohibited thereby arresting territorial expansion which is a classic cause of war. |
