Abstrakt:	The article focuses on strategic themes to manage the oil resources of the Yemen Republic. These themes include establishing a functional national oil company that will be in charge of operating all the oil blocks, ensuring that oil resources of productive blocks remain healthy, and fostering opportunities of oil exploration investment in open blocks. It is reported that Yemen faced threats that its mature oil-producing blocks were about to deplete.
