Abstrakt: The article offers detailed information on biological diversity or biodiversity, which denotes the wealth and variety of all living things. Biodiversity typically is considered at three levels, including species diversity, genetic diversity, and ecosystem diversity. It is stated that invasive species are the second leading cause of species endangerment and global climate change may also drive substantial biodiversity loss. Related issues are discussed including the functions of different species within their communities.
