| Abstrakt: |
The article provides information on reinventing the securities disclosure processes. It discusses online questionnaires as replacements for form-based filings. It is stated that the use of online questionnaires as substitutes allows the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to elicit information using low cost databases. The article explores more of the advantages of this kind of disclosure regime. |
