Abstrakt: The article reports on the arrest of the workers of O'Hare Airport in Chicago, Illinois during the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid on November 2008. ICE claims that the workers falsified their identification (ID) badges in breach of national security laws. However, the workers contends that their employers, the subtracting firm Ideal Staffing Solutions and the airline, are the real felons for they faked the workers ID badges in order to use undocumented laborers.
