| Abstrakt: | The article discusses lessons learned from the implementation of the role of a clinical educator in critical care. The congruence of expectations is one of the challenges facing clinical educators, and these expectations are placed on the educator from nursing administration, staff development, unit management and staff. The two forms of needs assessments for the clinical educator are formal and informal. |
