| Abstrakt: | The article reports that Batman city Mayor Huseyin Kalkan in Turkey is suing director Christopher Nolan and Warner Bros. for royalties from "The Dark Night." He has accused producers of using the city's name without permission. It is considered that the Turkish village is stirred to take legal action for the matter because the movie is about to pass the one billion mark at the box office. Kalkan has also blamed the films for unsolved murders and a high rate female suicide rate in the city. |
