Abstrakt: The article offers information on the use of p53 siRNA and UTF1 in enhancing of human pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). The two supporting factors improve the reprogramming efficiency from human adult fibroblasts. The discovery of p53 siRNA and UTF1 for iPSCs can be use in the creation of patient-specific and disease-specific human iPSCs.
