| Abstrakt: | The article provides information on the impact of the design of the workplace to men and women. According to a survey, the workplace design affects the professional and social skills of a man and woman differently. An overview of the different work spaces that influence the work ethics of a man and a woman is presented. The report imparts that the best possible solution is to design offices so individuals may configure them themselves. |
