The article features technical apparel consultant Lisa Cook McGill of Crux Design Industries in Canada. Tasks of McGill include field assessments, creation of recommendation and fabrication of specs for product designs as part of assisting clients with occupational health and safety compliance. McGill has served agencies and companies like Department of National Defence, 3M and Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA). The article notes that McGill educates her clients about safety measures in apparel design. |
