Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 49-year-old man with substernal chest pain. It is said that the patient smoked and had used heroin in his previous years. It is cited that electrocardiography was conducted to determine the disease caused by acute myocardial infarction (AMI). It is mentioned that the patient had an occlusion of the mid-left anterior descending coronary artery.
