The article reports on the Emed Health project of the Center for Emergency Medicine of Western Pennsylvania, Inc. According to the author, the project aims to deal with chronic diseas management, health promotion and prevention. Center for Emergency Medicine executive director Kelly Close, adds that Emed aims to empower people with tools and knowledge against health and chronic diseases. |
