In this chapter we have considered the key task of scheduling work. We have shown that scheduling includes arranging resources and setting timeframes so as to achieve objectives as efficiently as possible. Techniques and methods of scheduling have been considered, along with the importance of managing our own time. This chapter concludes with the thought that time is a precious commodity, and whether you are doing time, marking time or spending time, time is running out.
