Chapter 4 of the book "Evidence-Based Educational Methods" is presented. It discusses the foundations and applications of Precision Teaching (PT) program. It is said that the underlying concept of PT is that it is what the learner does that guides and informs the teacher on what teaching style he or she should use. According to Ogden Lindsley, founder of PT, the program serves as a system of strategies for teachers and their tactics for the self-monitoring of learning. |
