Abstrakt: Chapter 15 of the book "Effective Interviewing and Interrogating Techniques," by Nathan J. Gordon and William L. Fleisher is presented. This chapter outlines the concept of recording interviews and interrogations that has to be consistent. It is explained that recording interrogations is a dual purpose, which serves to ensure that the rights of the suspect were not violated and serve to allow the suspect to perform or may even interfere with the suspect's desire to be truthful.
