The article discusses the implication of executive changes in food service industry in Canada. It notes on the changes that happened to the top three leading food service companies in the country, including Tim Hortons, McDonald's and Second Cup to overcome challenges for the industry to survive and seek innovation which is important to quick-service restaurant market. Moreover, it cites the importance of personnel changes as part to achieve success of a company. |
