Abstrakt: The manufacture companies don't provide the specification voltage-displacement for each piezoelectric actuator and details for its behaviour during different work conditions. In order to evaluate very small displacements/dimensions and to measure them there are known methods which are based on electrical means: capacitive, inductive and optical transducers. Among the optical means the most known are the microscope and the interferometer. The authors of this paper have designed an equipment to be used for the measurement of very, very small displacement based on the interference effect, and with mechanical amplification of the interference fringes visualization space.
