| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the study of the continuing wage disparity among health care personnel in the U.S. The primary purpose of the study is to examine the compensation of registered dietitians in the country in follow up of the 2002 survey. Discussion of the demographics and other significant factors that related to compensation managements are included. Conclusion of the study shows two major areas such as the survey illustrate the common trends in compensation and the pay policies reform. |
