| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on ways of retaining women in the oil and gas industry. It also presents the results of an informal survey, conducted by the author, to determine the factors on why women quit their jobs in the industry. According to the author's observations based on the results of the survey, women employees can be retained if they will be given maternity leaves, flexible work schedules and aid in childcare. |
