The article discusses the role of the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture in enjoining people and communities to get interested with producing food within home and communities. The authors believe that the current health and environmental issues can be reversed through a change in the choice of food and how to produce them. Details of the Center's history, the educational programs it runs and the variety of crops it promotes are also discussed. |
